uses
In the Ava Luer-lock syringe, the injection needle is placed onto the syringe by rotating it into the syringe’s spiral section, where it locks into the threaded grooves. One of the unique features of the Luer-lock syringe is that the needle does not detach from the syringe during the injection process, and it prevents medication leakage. A major advantage of Luer-lock syringes over regular syringes is that, due to the needle being screwed onto the syringe, the likelihood of leakage or the needle slipping off during the injection is extremely low, virtually zero. Additionally, it is very easy to replace the needle on these syringes whenever needed.
