Angiocath is a product that is also known by other terms such as Branul, peripheral vascular catheter, intravenous catheter, and IV cannula (Intravenous Cannula). It is actually a versatile medical device commonly used for injection and quick venous-access procedures. It consists of a small flexible tube (catheter) connected to a needle, which is used for intravenous treatment, long-term intravenous injections, blood sampling, high-intensity injections, hemodialysis, fluid therapy, or the injection of drugs and injectable solutions. Depending on the placement area, it can be used for periods ranging from 3 days to about one month.
